Founded in 2017 in Stockholm, IAYS was born from a desire to celebrate sisterhood in all its forms. To us, sisterhood is more than support — it’s strength, growth, and the quiet power of lifting each other up.
Our knitwear reflects this philosophy: timeless, thoughtfully crafted pieces that are meant to be worn, cherished, and passed on. Each design blends contemporary style with artisanal craftsmanship, made to outlast seasons and trends.
IAYS is proudly female-founded and run. What began with the message I AM YOUR SISTER — a simple reminder of connection and support — has traveled across continents and evolved into a brand that stands for more: quality, intention, and quiet confidence.
We are here to inspire, empower, and wrap you in pieces that feel as strong and enduring as the sisterhood we believe in.
MORE THAN A BRAND
From the very beginning, we knew we wanted IAYS to stand for more than fashion. Giving back has always been part of our purpose.
Over the years, we’ve supported Alla Kvinnors Hus — Sweden’s oldest women’s shelter — through ongoing collaborations and donations. We’ve also contributed to Cielo Foundation in Mexico, supporting women in native Mayan communities, and Project Soar in Morocco, helping teenage girls stay in school and shape their own futures.
Our partnerships are part of what makes IAYS more than a brand and are a natural part of how we work to empower girls, women and sisterhood.
